Capita
Digital Advertising & Content Lead Generation
I and the team worked alongside Capita to help reimagine their marketing approach to content lead generation for a Financial Wellness Offering. I led the digital marketing advertising, heavily focused on A/B testing messaging on paid and organic social media and SEM channels (LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads and Google Ads). This also involved market research on competitive landscapes and benchmarking analytics. This acted as a robust benchmark for Capita to expand its online presence online and introduce strong digital marketing.

Databricks

As an awareness and communication asset for Account-Based Marketing Campaigns, I produced a personalised data sheet that promotes customer retention and up-sell. The content piece is adapted for industry, use case and then customer. This captures the Databricks offering, case studies and breakdowns how Databricks can provide additional training and support. I work on the design of the document in Adobe InDesign

Mary Kay UK
Social Media Strategy & Management 
I constructed a social media strategy in order to establish a visual lookbook for the brand, Mary Kay. Starting with seven social media channels that were not being optimised, I transformed and focused on key channels that would raise brand awareness by producing a variety of media forms, a consistent schedule and customer engagement including with influencers. Overall, this anchored the brand identity of Mary Kay and allowed it to move into paid social advertising too. I implemented the strategy, executed the schedule and managed all social media communications. Within the first quarter of execution, we had an increase of over 5000% impressions and over 700% engagements.
